A friend of Chaille’s was always raving about how much she loved her work and the people she worked with. That friend worked in the A/E/C industry and gave Chaille the opportunity to work alongside her at a local engineering firm. Looking forward 20 years, Chaille is still in the industry supporting engineers – this time at CE Solutions.

Chaille joined CE Solutions as the Office Manager in part to the firm’s culture and reputation. “I like that the employees are incredibly bright and genuinely enjoy working together,” she says. “Being a part of making a business successful excites me, and I have that opportunity here.”

Outside of work, Chaille enjoys reading and spending time outdoors at concerts, the pool or beach, riding bikes, and maybe an occasional whitewater rafting trip.  But what she enjoys most of all is spending time with family and friends.
