CE Solutions was commissioned to design the structural systems for this five-story office building and 463-space parking garage. One of the challenges in the design was at the main entrance. The second-floor cantilever beams spanning 15’ support the three stories above. CE Solutions used large post-tensioned, reinforced concrete transfer girders that were 42” deep.
