I’m thrilled to be part of CE Solutions, ready to dive into all the ways I can pitch in and help the team succeed. Right now, I’m mainly backing up our engineers with tasks outside the typical engineering work. One cool part of my job is going to job sites to record data for ongoing repair projects. Being out in the field lets me see our projects come to life, which I find super rewarding. 

Before this, I spent a chunk of my career in corrections, where I learned the value of public service. Shifting gears into structural engineering feels like a natural move, still keeping me connected to serving the community. I see designing buildings, from police stations to skyscrapers, as a way to give back. It’s a team effort that I’m proud to be a part of.

The vibe at CE Solutions is nothing I’ve experienced before. It’s all about supporting each other, like one big family. That sense of teamwork not only helps us grow individually but also pushes us toward shared success. It’s pretty awesome and makes coming to work a blast every day.
