This two-story outpatient medical office building in the suburbs of Indianapolis features physician offices, exam rooms, waiting areas, medical storage, imaging (x-ray and MRI), administrative offices, and a rehabilitation therapy area on the second floor. The building uses structural steel with braced frames to resist lateral loads.

Design elements such as deep roof overhangs, a patient drop-off area porte-cochere, and a screen wall to cover the rooftop mechanical units called for careful coordination with other team members. The project team used the design-build project delivery method for the Indiana Orthopaedic Center.
