Healthwin Specialized Care, which provides outpatient and long-term care for the elderly, is rehabilitating and expanding its 100-year-old facility. The two-story addition—adjacent to an existing health center building—will help Healthwin better meet the needs of its residents. The first floor of the addition expands outpatient therapy services and includes two new therapy gyms and an entrance area. The second floor expands the skilled nursing unit and includes new private rooms with private baths. The addition is the first phase of a two-phase project.
