As the first major construction project in Fountain Square in over 50 years, this multi-family, mixed use development embodies the area’s evolving culture and context. Forte includes a curved, cantilevered rooftop area above the retail space. Columns are strategically located within curtainwall mullions to create an open space and maximize the flexibility of the building. Additionally, a cantilevered, eyebrow-style canopy for an IndyGo bus stop is incorporated in the face of the structure.
