Ever since he can remember, Chip Bradway has enjoyed design and construction. “I would go into buildings, look up to see the structure, and wonder how people knew what size of beam to use,” he says.

Now that he has that knowledge, Chip applies his experience to working on a variety of complex, fast-paced projects at CE Solutions. In addition, he shares his insights by visiting schools to educate students on the engineering field.

Attracted to CE Solutions in 2010 by the firm’s atmosphere and reputation, Chip enjoys the creative aspect of engineering, the challenges projects bring, and the fact that “no day is ever the same.” He contributes both attention to detail and responsiveness to adapt to each project’s needs.

Outside of the office, Chip enjoys spending time with family, playing golf, and cheering on the Colts, and he’s a regular participant in the Indianapolis 500 Festival
Mini-Marathon.
