Due to the growing needs of the Carmel Police and Justice Departments, the City is expanding and renovating the existing police station building. A City Court will be added and will provide services for law enforcement and judicial systems. The three-story addition will provide a new public entry. The connection between the two buildings will include prisoner transfer space, fitness center, training space, vehicle storage, and armory.
