BorgWarner, a global leader in clean and efficient technology solutions for combustion, hybrid and electric vehicles, is consolidating its existing technical centers into a centrally located facility. The new technical center will provide space for engineers, designers, technicians and office employees who support key product lines including starters, alternators and electrifications technologies. Featuring an open concept design with interactive office environments and spontaneous collaboration zones, the building will improve efficiency, enhance communication and inspire innovation. The west end of the test lab is designed to accommodate future expansion, and the use of moment frames provide flexibility for the office floor space and accommodate window locations in the exterior walls.
