Located on the Intelliplex Certified Technology Park in Shelbyville, the ACCEL-IN Incubator is a multi-use, flexible-space facility that provides the opportunity for entrepreneurs to develop and grow their businesses. In addition, Ivy Tech Community College and Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology reside in the facility, providing an improved environment for both colleges.

Because the facility is designed to attract incubator tenants with unknown programming needs, the design needed to offer flexibility to accommodate various uses while staying within a limited budget.
